M'rahsh'wan matok!

In honor of the coming Rosh Hodesh (Friday and Saturday), here's some light reading by Rabbi Ari Z. Zivotofsky, Ph.D.

(Rav Zivotofsky's column, Legal-Ease, is devoted to "researching commonly-held beliefs," which seems to be a polite way of saying "Jewish stuff that just about everyone gets wrong.")

Hey- I Like the transliterations. On the other hand, I can't follow suite, because, well, my spelling is abominable. I just need to start speaking like a Yemenite, and then I'd have to learn to spell, and I wouldn't have to recopy my Hebrew essays all the time.
